I will admit bias. I would be hard pressed to say much negative about anything Silent Hill. That being said, I honestly loved this movie, and I dearly wish for a sequel.
I had reservations, as I am sure most of us did, at first. I mean why is Harry and Cheryl not the stars? Why does there appear to be a mixture of the first 3 Silent Hills? Pyramid Head had nothing to do with the whole Alessa/Cheryl/Heather story. I also hated seeing Cybil die. I think Roger Avery and Christophe Gans did an awesome job. And the Janitor rocked! I want to see this enemy in a game!

I have to say that in my opinion, this movie was made for fans of the game. If you have never played a single SH game, you will be able to get a general grasp of the movie, but I doubt you will have the same appreciation as a game player will have.

All in all, 4 out of 5 Energy Drinks!
